About the Role

The INEOS ICAN Foundation is a Texas 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that delivers INEOS company outreach initiatives across the USA, focusing on children's education, fitness, and mental and social health. The Foundation personnel are INEOS employees, and the organization depends on donations and event proceeds to fund its operations. The role involves developing and delivering an effective communications and marketing strategy to enhance the Foundation's impact, including designing collateral, managing campaigns, and analyzing success metrics. The position reports to the Executive Director and requires travel to conferences and events up to 8 times per year.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy development and implementation for marketing and communications efforts.
Creating and executing digital marketing plans supporting the Foundation's initiatives.
Analyzing digital marketing trends to inform strategy adjustments.
Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to engage INEOS employees and external audiences.
Developing online/social media campaigns to generate leads and promote Foundation programming.
Creating teacher-focused resources to support Foundation activities.
Interacting with diverse audiences at conference booths and events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications and media/online strategy & content creation.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience creating campaigns and content for various initiatives and audiences.
Ability to create and present materials to stakeholders and audiences.
Creative and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva and Adobe Illustrator preferred).
Photography and video creation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle them independently.
Resourcefulness, initiative, and engagement in achieving results.
Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
High level of tact, discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide (estimated 6-8 times/year, some on weekends).
Physical ability to sit frequently, lift up to 35 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and set up event collateral.

Nice to Have

Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with photography and video creation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications and media/online strategy & content creation.
