About the Role

The Marketing Operations Lead will partner with senior leadership to execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and oversee marketing operations including project management, vendor relationships, and compliance. The role involves leading marketing integration efforts for acquisitions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team at a dynamic, high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP Marketing, SVP Operations, and EVP to execute strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Help develop and manage the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of marketing campaigns and projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead teams in digital production channels such as email, SMS, data pipelines, paid media, and analytics, with additional skills in direct mail and creative production initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering collaboration across teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage marketing and business integration efforts for acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions, brand integrations, and new process buildout.
  • Support the Good Sam Business Centers, marketing collateral, and branding/marketing message improvements.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with legal and product marketing teams to develop and enforce compliance programs meeting regulatory and industry standards.
  • Prioritize projects, manage resources, and oversee capacity planning to meet deadlines and business demands.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing operations team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level projects, facilitating communication and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of operations, consulting, or project management experience, ideally at a large organization or top marketing agency.
  • Proven experience developing enterprise-wide processes and managing large-scale marketing projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and data pipelines is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4).

Qualifications

  • Educational background in marketing, business operations, or project management.
  • Certifications such as PMP are preferred.
  • Extensive experience in operations, consulting, or project management within large organizations or marketing agencies.
