About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager at MCI is responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack, streamlining workflows, and providing insights to support smarter decision-making. MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs, with a focus on innovation and excellence in high-stakes B2B environments. This role is hands-on and requires building scalable processes to demonstrate marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution across platforms.
  • Design scalable processes to support both mid-market campaigns and enterprise campaigns.
  • Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
  • Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting, data management, and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with proven B2B business services experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience in building marketing operations from the ground up.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise and mid-market sales cycles is a plus.

Qualifications
