The Marketing Operations Manager role supports the strategic goals of the Bank's Marketing and Communications team by managing the marketing and sales technology stack, driving marketing effectiveness, and contributing to business growth. This position is an individual contributor without people management responsibilities, with a hybrid work schedule based in Boston.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize marketing and sales technology tools such as CRM, email marketing, analytics, and automation to ensure effective workflows and data flow.
Enhance adoption of new tools and processes through training and support to ensure effective usage.
Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of marketing and sales data to track performance and provide insights.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and event-based initiatives, and recommend best practices for customer segmentation.
Deliver regular management reports on campaign performance, business results, outreach activities, and pipeline metrics, and respond to ad-hoc report requests from senior leadership.
Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales & Business Development, and Financial Strategies to identify needs and implement solutions.
Oversee the department's budgets and manage relationships with marketing vendors.
Serve as the department's Records Coordinator, ensuring compliance with document retention policies and managing shared files and archives.
Act as the Business Continuity SME, maintaining continuity plans and coordinating readiness activities.
Support other administrative and operational tasks to ensure departmental efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or CRM administration, preferably in financial services.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot; Salesforce expertise and certifications are desired.
Experience with web analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on KPIs and ROI.
Experience with marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and personalize communications.
Proficiency with office technology, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment.
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
