About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accountability, and performance of marketing programs. They will oversee marketing systems and tools, manage campaign workflows, streamline reporting and analytics, and help align marketing strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities

Help construct, optimize and maintain the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM/CDP, email automation, analytics tools, call tracking) and ensure integrations across platforms.
Evaluate and implement tools to improve lead generation, tracking, and conversion.
Monitor and manage the full lead lifecycle, from source to service call to closed sale.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate attribution and ROI reporting.
Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables.
Develop dashboards and regular reports to track performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.
Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns stay within scope and deliver cost-effective results.
Maintain calendars, project timelines, and ensure cross-functional teams stay on track.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2C service industry.
Proficient with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus.
Results-driven mindset with focus on ROI.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Project Management Certification.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar industry-specific tools.
Experience in a home services or B2C service industry.
