About the Role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Marketing Professional to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare by implementing and overseeing global marketing initiatives for imaging scanners, supporting sales teams, and contributing to product strategy in a dynamic, diverse environment that values professional growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand, and implement global marketing initiatives for Symbia SPECT and SPECT/CT imaging scanners, including creating sales tools and customer-facing materials such as sales presentations, brochures, videos, web content, social media posts, and digital media.
  • Spearhead the market introduction of new SPECT and SPECT/CT offerings.
  • Serve as an in-depth resource for information on Siemens Healthineers Symbia SPECT-based imaging scanners.
  • Provide sales support and training to the global sales team on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust marketing measures accordingly.
  • Travel internationally to participate in trade shows, customer visits, trainings, and presentations as a product ambassador.
  • Contribute to the product portfolio strategy, including product definition, positioning, pricing, and configuration.
  • Build a collaborative network with key stakeholders such as product management, R&D, sales, customers, marketing, and regional management.
  • Work in a team environment focused on achieving success and executing short-term needs with a long-term strategic outlook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with four (4) years of experience in product marketing, sales, sales support, or an acceptable alternate occupation.
  • Alternatively, Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with product marketing, sales, and/or sales support.
  • Experience developing B2B marketing plans, product messaging, customer-facing materials, campaigns, and sales training.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry and knowledge of molecular imaging/nuclear medicine industry and imaging devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including formatting documents, creating presentations with multimedia, and using formulas, pivot tables, and charts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with medical imaging or nuclear medicine industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields as specified.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in related roles.

  • Approximately 30% domestic and international travel required.
  • Competitive salary range of $114,400 - $171,600 annually.
