Marketing Project Event Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct and service expectations.
• Coordinates marketing project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules.
• Acts as a liaison between property owners and project team members regarding changes or problems.
• Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
• Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects.
• Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares reports for management.
• Serves as point of contact for marketing requests and assigns tasks to appropriate team members.
• Coordinates all aspects of targeted marketing events such as open houses, health fairs, conference exhibits, and educational programs.
• Supports organizational communications including Sunday Calendar, MD Directory, and other related materials.
• Maintains inventory and ordering of premiums and educational materials, oversees marketing storage and historical materials.
• Promotes clinical services to local and regional employers, acting as a liaison for occupational health contracts and other service lines.
• Builds connections between clinical departments to cross-sell services among Billings Clinic specialties.
• Participates in employee events and community engagement activities.
• Maintains department budget and oversees invoice payments, preparing reports on budget spending.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, communication, journalism, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, writing, marketing/public relations, or marketing communications.
• Three years of experience with personal computers and software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, graphic design, and web design.
• Experience in health care is desirable.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
