About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the development of marketing campaign materials for all Bank products and services.
• Assists the Marketing Manager with developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet Bank objectives while ensuring integrity of the Bank's branding; monitors and reports progress made toward completion of these goals and objectives.
• Assists in the development of the Bank's annual marketing plan - an integrated program that may include radio, print, outdoor, direct marketing, online marketing, point of sale marketing, and branch/community events - to achieve the Bank's strategic initiatives within designated budgets.
• Supports the review, design, and placement of promotional materials including print and digital advertising, signs, banners, posters, and postcards.
• Maintains Bank's website and Social Media posts.
• Supports community engagement by promoting new branch openings and representing the Bank at various community, business, and educational functions.
• Analyzes new marketing developments which may be useful in the Bank's marketing plan.
• Coordinates work tasks with other personnel within all departments to ensure smooth and efficient information flow.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and procedures related to risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience required.
• Thorough marketing knowledge and ability to market all bank products.
• Working knowledge of bank's products, services, customers, and entities (including geographic locations).
• Working knowledge of bank policies and related regulations concerning the marketing function.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics).
• Interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project/time management skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Office, Excel (formatting spreadsheets), and marketing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Visual and auditory skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.
• Specialized marketing education/training.
• Valid driver's license.
