Marketing Role (DMS) - 100% Remote LATAM ONLY

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Draft engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, META (Facebook, Instagram), Reddit, and Discord, including event promotions, vendor highlights, and internal updates.
• Design and adapt visual content using branded templates (banners, thumbnails, ad graphics).
• Create digital assets for email campaigns and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads, Reddit Ads).
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative output and manage publishing schedules via Loomly or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Vendor Alliance, and Accounting teams to co-plan, administer, and reconcile Marketing Development Funding (MDF) to support GTM initiatives.
• Manage and maintain access to vendor-specific partner marketing resources and portals.
• Lead the planning, administration, and execution of event management by collaborating with Leadership, Marketing, and Sales.
• Support public relations initiatives, including drafting and editing press releases and maintaining media lists.

Requirements

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and basic graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with social media best practices and ad formats.
• Graphic Design experience working with branded templates in Canva and/or Adobe Express.
• Ability to manage and deliver creative content quickly, without compromising quality.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage project-based tasks with attention to detail and accountability.
• Experience in event planning and project coordination with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for event planning and coordination.
• Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar).
• Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting press releases and engaging with media.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite, including MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using planning tools like Asana and MS Planner.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of how to design content for professional and B2B audiences.
• Experience supporting global marketing or sales teams.
• Basic awareness of performance-driven creative for paid campaigns.
• Previous work with a U.S.-based company or North American marketing team.
• Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media management and digital assets creation.
• Graphic design skills with Canva and/or Adobe Express.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
