About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project Managing CEC Updates: Ensuring timely and aligned delivery of improvements.
• Supporting Customer Meetings and Events: Assisting with planning and execution to ensure seamless attendee experiences.
• Coordinating Merchandise Stock: Managing inventory to maintain consistent brand visibility.
• Assisting with Marketing Strategy Execution: Supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing key initiatives.
• Reporting: The internship will report directly to the Director, Global Sales & Marketing but will be supported and provided with functional management input from both the Marketing Manager and Manager, Sales Enablement.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus
