About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Creates engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs, to drive patient awareness and engagement.
• Collaborates with the design team to produce promotional materials for digital mediums.
• Utilizes data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for better performance, which may include analyzing existing patient education and marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve communications, including project management of changes.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, patient needs, and opportunities for service expansion and new campaigns, while staying abreast of competitors' messaging and opportunities.
• Assists in organizing events, webinars, and community outreach programs to build relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Assists in project management, physician profile updates, web updates, content creation, and other assignments to support the business needs of the marketing team.
• Provides service line support for physician onboarding and ongoing physician marketing efforts.
• Maintains consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels to ensure a cohesive patient experience.
• Manages relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field.
