About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans for trade shows and specialized sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative audience development initiatives
• Lead multi-channel promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact
• Spearhead email marketing campaigns, from creation to completion
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms for trade shows and content brands
• Design and implement targeted pre-sale and post-sale attendee promotions
• Partner with the audience development team to maintain data integrity and grow attendee base
• Analyze audience metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
• Provide on-site marketing support at Health & Nutrition trade shows
• Coordinate real-time social media coverage during events
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless marketing execution
• Serve as a liaison between marketing and key departments including Design, Digital, Content, Video Production, and Show Management
• Drive project coordination and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in executing marketing plans for trade shows or similar events
• Ability to develop and manage multi-channel promotional campaigns
• Experience with email marketing and social media management
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze audience data and metrics to inform strategies
• Experience supporting live events and coordinating real-time social media coverage
• Excellent project coordination skills
