About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Design eye-catching content with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Keep the website fresh, clear, and easy to navigate
• Collaborate with staff to promote events, sermon series, and ministries
• Write compelling copy for email, social, and print
• Analyze performance and adjust for better engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Support in-service visuals and Sunday communications

Requirements

• Degree in marketing/communications OR 2+ years of real-world marketing experience
• Familiarity with social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
• Some design skills (creative, not pro-level)
• Strong communication and editing skills
• A team-player mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Comfort working in a church or faith-based environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Mailchimp
• Open communication and faculty/staff relations techniques
• Knowledge of brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of marketing experience (acceptable alternative)
