About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create content that captivates viewers and follows brand guidelines for restaurant social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business).
• Create and run Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Host weekly marketing calls to discuss projects and initiatives with teams.
• Work with restaurant staff to build an email subscriber list.
• Create content, design, and send marketing emails to the subscriber list.
• Update websites and work to maximize traffic.
• Design print materials such as menus, table tents, flyers, etc.
• Work with restaurants to plan fun and out-of-the-box events to build local awareness and help sell tickets.
• Build and implement neighborhood marketing strategies targeting the immediate community near the restaurant.
• Create and execute strategies to promote the brand to the general population.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special promotions like holiday brunches for Easter, Mother’s Day, etc.
• Track ROI on promotions and events.
• Analyze competition and evaluate market data.
• Create marketing plan timelines and plan expenses within budget.
• Create social media content that captivates viewers and follows brand guidelines.
• Train restaurant managers on responding to online reviews.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with hotel design and social media needs.
• Assist with printing and trimming materials in-house for restaurants and hotels (e.g., table tents, flyers, business cards).

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs on MAC platform.
• Experience with MailChimp and Microsoft 365 programs (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
• Experience with printing processes is a plus.
• Experience managing social media pages for business.
• A self-starter who can stay on task, stay organized, and complete projects with little instruction or short timelines.
• Experience with marketing and branding.
