About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, trade shows) to promote products and services.
• Create compelling content (website copy, blogs, case studies, social posts) tailored to B2B audiences.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools like brochures, presentations, and product launch materials.
• Optimize SEO/SEM, manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and track performance metrics (Google Analytics).
• Ensure all materials adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO 9000) and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing (industrial/B2B preferred).
• Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns).
• Market research and analytical skills (trend analysis, ROI tracking).
• B2B content creation skills (technical writing, sales collateral).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
