Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts that engage customers and internal stakeholders to enhance understanding, user experience, and inspire action, including video, photography, presentations, web pages, and print elements.
• Develop creative themes and tools for integrated marketing campaigns, organize campaign elements, establish key dates, communicate details to sales and internal teams, and track progress and results.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership, subject matter experts, and vendors to develop and maintain engaging multi-channel content, both written and visual.
• Coordinate with marketing leadership to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Develop engaging email marketing campaigns for customers.
• Build captivating landing pages on internal and external websites.
• Assist with marketing programs for focused vendors and support branch and customer events, tradeshows, and training sessions.
• Support the organization’s digital transformation and growth initiatives through daily activities.

Requirements

• Understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Ability to develop unique concepts that convey value propositions.
• Ability to take initiative and manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience with website management and successful email marketing, with Marketo platform experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze data and draw sound conclusions.
• Detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Strong presentation, writing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Marketo platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
