About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with expertise in marketing, graphic design, and social media strategy. The position will support the ongoing integration of Motivair, a newly acquired business of Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, presentations, and event graphics, ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Contribute to creative campaign concepts and visual direction.
  • Develop product sheets, case studies, and pitch decks to support sales efforts.
  • Respond to ad-hoc marketing requests from Sales and collaborate with Sales leadership to identify support needs.
  • Lead LinkedIn content strategy and execution, creating engaging content and monitoring KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Manage monthly email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate trade show materials, shipping, inventory, and manage vendor relationships, attending select events for setup and staffing.
  • Act as the primary contact for on-site event logistics, ensuring booth staff are trained and equipped, and collecting/reporting event leads and feedback.
  • Align messaging with Product Marketing, coordinate with external agencies and vendors, and support strategic initiatives like market research and campaign planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Experience with social media strategy and paid advertising.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (AP style preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be located within 40 miles of Buffalo, NY.
