Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving engagement through a comprehensive digital strategy and multi-channel marketing plan.
• Create digital images, such as videos, photos, and infographics for marketing purposes, and research and compile information for advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Develop digital standards, provide quality control for digitized material, and track statistics.
• Responsible for the overall digital experience strategy and vision with a clear understanding of the marketplace, operator, customer, and client needs.
• Work with Growth, Operations, and Marketing Leadership to develop the digital B2B selling story as a key brand differential.
• Support client campaign materials and presentations for existing clients and prospects.
• Work with Technology, Sales Enablement, and Finance Teams to gather metrics and ensure solutions align with digital strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Leaders to develop appropriate programs and content.
• Partner with B2B Communication Teams to develop marketing campaigns and case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing, digital communications, or related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and e-commerce experience, including program development and execution.
• Expertise in digital platforms, including Adobe, Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.
• Demonstrated success planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to interpret digital marketing data and social media trends to target potential roadblocks and develop innovative strategies.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey the vision and impact of digital solutions through data and visualization.
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully, both in person and in writing, with business partners and stakeholders in business and technology functions.

Qualifications

• Educational background in marketing, digital communications, or related field.
