Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute on strategic marketing projects from conception to finality, including pitches, RFPs, local CRE industry events, etc.
Develop, design, and create property marketing deliverables, including listing flyers, property signage, door clings, floor plans, site plans, property websites/landing pages, display boards, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and more.
Maintain the team marketing database, frequently updating with the most recent and accurate information and activity.
Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
Stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our team and listings.
Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry.
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
High level of organizational skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Smartsheets.

Qualifications

Experience in the commercial real estate industry.
