Marketing Specialist Campaigns, Content & Digital

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for blogs, emails, landing pages, social media, and digital ads. Repurpose existing content into new formats to extend reach.
• Help coordinate and produce video content such as podcasts and recorded case studies, including scripting, logistics, and publishing.
• Update and maintain website and landing page content using WordPress and HubSpot. Ensure pages are optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Build and manage email and digital campaigns using HubSpot, including scheduling, asset coordination, and performance tracking.
• Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms using HubSpot. Monitor engagement and support strategy adjustments.
• Assist in the creation and launch of paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta). Write ad copy and collaborate with design team on visuals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, campaign management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio or samples.
• Basic design skills in Canva; Adobe experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable supporting video content creation and coordination.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work a hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) schedule at our Jacksonville, Florida HQ.
