The Marketing Specialist will support the strategic demand generation marketing team with essential operational tasks that ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, project management, and executing of marketing campaigns, including creation of compelling marketing materials, setting up campaigns in our marketing automation platform, and providing general support to the marketing team.
  • Manage and clean lead lists to ensure accurate and efficient lead routing within our CRM system.
  • Conduct research to support marketing strategies, including competitive analysis, target audience list building, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Track campaign performance and help create reports to identify trends, measure against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the events team with event logistics, lead delivery, and planning.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless communication, effective lead follow-up, and alignment on campaign goals and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing support or operations role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing support or operations role.
