About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of high-quality, compelling, and compliant responses to RFQs and RFPs.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, marketers, business developers, and graphic designers to understand client needs and communicate our value proposition.
• Dissect RFQs and RFPs and format compliant responses.
• Contribute to the capture process by thinking critically, being creative, asking questions, and sharing insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience within AEC marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and AEC experience.
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, Adobe InDesign, desktop publishing, or other web/graphic design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
• Ability to take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical, decision-making, researching, and organizational capabilities.

Nice to Have

• 5 years of relevant AEC consultant marketing/proposal experience.
• Certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications.
• Experience coordinating RFP and RFP processes for both public and private sector clients focusing on Federal, Aviation, Corporate, Health, and/or Science.
• Deltek Vision (or other related database) experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Educational background in marketing or related field.
• Relevant experience in AEC marketing.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range in Colorado from $60,953 to $92,128 annually, with compensation determined based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
