Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing tactics to ensure the seamless operation of digital campaigns and initiatives supporting business line goals.
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs comply with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
  • Provide solutions and problem solve for business line objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in marketing industry.
  • Experience creating and optimizing paid social, paid search, affiliate, programmatic display, and OLV campaigns.
  • Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric marketing.
  • Proven ability to complete projects on target, on time, and on budget.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, DV360 campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to work independently and adapt based on data, research, and learnings from prior campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Educational background of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
