Marketing Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
• Serving as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact, including expertise of tools and knowledge of assigned supplier stakeholders to gather necessary assets or information.
• Writing strategic marketing proposals and campaigns to ensure projects meet defined targets and goals.
• Facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and capturing clear notes with action items to share with appropriate stakeholders and team members.
• Building and managing budgets, meeting project timelines, and speaking to pipeline and other marketing opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Managing a portfolio of suppliers with multiple projects of various scopes and timelines using project management software and internal communication.
• Providing clear direction and enabling collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
• Understanding challenges or underlying concerns, proactively sharing ideas, and developing effective, tactful responses or escalating issues to higher management.
• Working independently and cooperatively with a positive demeanor and supportive team mindset.
• Analyzing reports, synthesizing feedback, and effectively communicating insights to clients.
• Reviewing and presenting concepts, creative work, and reports for accuracy, along with strategic recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree or related work experience.
• Experience with MDF (Marketing Development Funds).
• Experience in the technology and distribution industry preferred.
• Ability to travel to Arrow office locations as requested.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and internal communication tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
