About the Role

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Marketing Strategist for a remote, full-time position supporting U.S. Federal Government clients. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with creative teams to achieve client objectives. This position requires technical expertise in web content management, specifically with DRUPAL, and compliance with federal accessibility policies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
Update website content, structure, and formatting using DRUPAL.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in marketing strategy development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience updating website content and formats using DRUPAL.
Must have experience with federal 508 compliance policy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to Have

Web site management and DRUPAL experience.
U.S. Federal Government experience highly desired.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy.
