About the Role

The Marketing Strategist will build and maintain client relationships, serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, and develop strategic marketing proposals and campaigns. The role involves facilitating meetings, managing budgets and project timelines, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, analyzing reports, and providing strategic recommendations. This position is fully remote with potential travel to Arrow office locations as needed, within the context of a company that values growth, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining client relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
Serving as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact, including expertise of tools and knowledge of assigned suppliers to gather assets or information.
Writing strategic marketing proposals and campaigns to meet defined targets and goals.
Facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and capturing clear notes with action items for stakeholders and team members.
Managing budgets, project timelines, and discussing pipeline and marketing opportunities for assigned accounts.
Seamlessly managing a portfolio of suppliers with multiple projects of various scopes and timelines using project management software and internal communication.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing clear direction and collaboration.
Understanding challenges or concerns, proactively sharing ideas, and developing tactful responses or escalating issues to higher management.
Collaborating with internal teams to analyze reports, synthesize feedback, and communicate effectively to clients.
Reviewing and presenting concepts, creative work, and reports for accuracy, along with strategic recommendations.

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree or related work experience.
Experience with MDF (Marketing Development Funds).
Experience in the technology and distribution industry is preferred.
Ability to travel to Arrow office locations as requested.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively.
Experience with project management and client relationship management.
