About the Role

Join Nike's Worldwide Marketing team as a Marketing Vanguard Program Graduate Intern to unleash your potential and immerse yourself in the exciting and inspiring world of sports and our brand! During this internship, we will provide an extensive core curriculum of on-the-job experience, leadership mentorship and personal development. Key Responsibilities

Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with Nike's strategic roadmap during the internship period.
Take ownership of a scoped project to drive impact, guided by senior leaders and experienced managers.
Partner on holistic seasonal go-to-market plans.
Support the development of brand plans.
Research, evaluate, and develop a deep understanding of social, cultural, and digital landscape and sport trends to identify future opportunities.
Work as part of a MVP cohort, navigating a similar experience across Nike's business and matrix.

Requirements

Enrolled in an MBA program or Master's in Marketing with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.
3-5 years of work experience is strongly preferred.
Direct marketing experience can vary from 1-4 years.
Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver with a proven track record to drive results.
Passion for sport and Nike.
Global perspective.

This internship is in-person at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR.

Nice to Have

Experience with social, cultural, and digital landscape analysis.

Qualifications
