Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Create engaging content tailored to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with leadership to promote new services like White Cross HomeCare
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for reach, engagement, and conversion
Represent our brand at trade shows and community events (occasional travel required)
Stay current on healthcare trends and digital best practices

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic video editing
Ability to work independently and align with strategic goals

Nice to Have

Familiarity with healthcare audiences or pharmacy services
