MBA Marketing Summer Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week immersive marketing project with well-defined objectives.
• Engage in information sessions and networking with senior leaders and colleagues.
• Contribute to team building, philanthropic, and professional networking events.
• Assist in developing disease-area strategies, planning for new products, and executing brand launches.
• Conduct market and product research pre- and post-launch to optimize market positioning.
• Support various marketing projects such as brand strategy, tactical asset creation, promotional material development, global brand strategy, product launch, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program, with 1st year MBA student graduating in Spring 2027.
• At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Ability to analyze problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• MBA emphasis in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Consulting, and/or Strategy.
• Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare.
• Previous consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.
