MBA Marketing Summer Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week immersive marketing project with well-defined objectives.
• Engage in information sessions and networking events with senior leaders and colleagues.
• Contribute to team building, philanthropic, and professional networking activities.
• Participate in mid and end-of-summer performance reviews.
• Present final project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support projects in US Marketing, Global Marketing, and Chief Marketing Office areas, including brand strategy, product launch, promotional material development, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program.
• 1st year MBA student graduating in Spring 2027.
• At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Ability to analyze problems through quantitative thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• MBA emphasis in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Consulting and/or Strategy.
• Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare.
• Previous consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable basis without employer sponsorship.

Benefits & Perks

• Annual base salary ranging from $86,000 to $143,300.
• Paid company holidays.
