About the Role

The Media & Sponsorship division focuses on building relationships with sponsors through various marketing opportunities tied to concerts, festivals, venues, and digital assets. The Senior Brand Manager will be part of the Ticket Access team, managing strategic marketing partnerships with top corporate brands to maximize client relationships and program performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, responsive service to clients that exceeds expectations and builds trust between the client and Live Nation.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with key client contacts to support renewal and growth of sponsorship programs.
  • Liaise between brand partners and Live Nation teams to secure and market exclusive ticket offers for brand partner customers.
  • Help lead brand partner marketing creative and messaging across tour advertising, artist marketing channels, press, and social media.
  • Review tour marketing assets to ensure brand inclusion meets guidelines.
  • Coordinate with ticketing directors and venue box offices to ensure ticket offers are correctly set up and meet contractual guidelines.
  • Manage brand partners' yearly tour media budgets and provide regular updates.
  • Reconcile tour media spend with finance and tour marketers when additional media dollars are committed.
  • Gather, analyze, and present key metrics and learnings in program recaps.
  • Develop understanding of Live Nation digital, mobile, and social media assets to support sponsorship media plans.
  • Support program financials including budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Explore marketing trends and emerging technologies to add value to sponsorship programs.
  • Assist senior management with strategic planning, creative programs, and business development opportunities.
  • Proactively identify problems, provide updates, and escalate challenges as needed.
  • Support peers and mentor early-career professionals and interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand or account management, client service, media, entertainment, or marketing consulting/activation agencies.
  • 1-2 years of direct employee and/or agency management experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and organized working style.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
  • Experience working with recognizable global brands and growing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing programs across physical and digital components preferred.
  • Proven success in building, selling, and delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and implement sound solutions.
  • Knowledge of consumer and market research to support sponsorship recommendations.
  • Proficiency in enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Office, Keynote, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Tableau or similar.
  • Strong passion for music and awareness of industry trends.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% or more, often nights and weekends.
