The role involves leading data-driven media strategy and implementation, managing online and offline media, and collaborating across channels to deliver category and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all media plans for our brands across the portfolio uphold our global media standards.
  • Collaborate to deliver fully integrated connections plans, ensuring all activity operates 100% across the consumer journey.
  • Ensure appropriate use of data and insight to predict trends and campaign impact.
  • Drive a performance marketing approach and culture for media optimization, identifying new opportunities to improve digital program efficiency and running test & learn programs.
  • Influence media decisions internally and externally with maturity to maximize impact.
  • Understand recruitment and re-recruitment from both shopper and consumer perspectives.
  • Identify and trigger associated memories in a buying context to succeed at the point of purchase.
  • Identify emerging technology trends to find new ways to connect with consumers, especially within digital and mobile spaces.

Requirements

  • Be a passionate media expert with great knowledge of the media landscape, data, measurement, and conversion.
  • Constant curiosity about consumers with a deep understanding of consumer behavior across all media channels and an eye on future trends.
  • A strong teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and is proactive in getting things done.
  • 5+ years of experience in full funnel media strategy, planning, and budget setting in an e-commerce business.
  • Very strong understanding of Italy's media landscape.
  • Confident and tech-savvy across all digital channels and platforms (social, display, video, PPC, etc.).
  • Experience with implementation of strategic programs with media partners such as Google, Meta, and Amazon.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams and inspire and educate others.
  • Good analytical skills and a positive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital and mobile marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with international media partners and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in media strategy and planning, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to work with digital media platforms and tools.
