About the Role

Gray Media, or Gray, is a multimedia company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, formally known as Gray Television, Inc. The company is the nation's largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets serving 113 television markets that collectively reach approximately 36 percent of US television households. The portfolio includes top-rated television stations, digital media, video production companies, and studio facilities. WVVA, located in Bluefield, WV, is a Gray Local Media station situated in the Appalachian Mountains, offering a vibrant community and a range of outdoor activities. The station is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Media Executive to join their sales team and help grow local broadcast and digital revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative ideas and advertising campaigns for clients.
Grow new local, agency, and digital business.
Work collaboratively with all sales team members.
Participate fully in Gray Television training programs.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good presentation skills.
Solid computer skills.
Reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle records check.

Nice to Have

Outside sales experience is a plus.
