The portfolio includes top-rated television stations, the largest Telemundo Affiliate group, Gray Digital Media digital agency, video production companies, and studio production facilities. KOSA/First Alert 7/Telemundo 20 in Odessa-Midland, TX, is seeking a Media Executive to join their elite sales team, focusing on selling marketing solutions to local business owners using digital marketing products and TV stations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business, spending approximately 90% of your time on prospecting and sales activities.
Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, managing your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth.
Learn and master digital advertising products and tools, including Gray Digital Media's suite of digital services.
Develop, retain, and grow client relationships locally and throughout the country.
Manage your book of business using client management tools and software.
Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all departments and support staff.

Requirements

Sales experience preferred.
Great communication and people skills.
Strong organizational, written, and presentation skills.
Competitive, energetic, and self-starter attitude.
Ability to overcome objections.
Energetic, upbeat, and positive demeanor.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and no DUIs, MVR check required.
