Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through advertising sales by servicing existing clients and developing new business.
Achieve revenue budget goals, new business development goals, and meet sales activity targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding and communicating the value of digital solutions.
Collaborate with clients on strategic planning to meet their advertising objectives.
Increase market share for various digital and TV products, including OTT/Streaming, targeted email, programmatic display/video, paid social media, YouTube, SEM/SEO.
Actively seek new business opportunities and work towards winning them.
Provide thorough, accurate forecasting and teamwork, and adapt to varying work schedules, including occasional outside-hours meetings or events.

Requirements

Track record of multi-platform selling and increasing revenue and share on accounts.
High-character, self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills.
Energetic, passionate about new business, enjoys strategic planning, and wants to win.
Developed solid relationships and understands the value digital products can bring to campaigns.
Media sales experience and ability to work with people.
Ability to adapt to varying work schedules and attend meetings or events outside regular hours.

Nice to Have
