Job Description

About the Role

As a Media Manager you will create integrated media plans for all Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) brands (including Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, ACL Live, Ole Red, Category 10 and others). You will collaborate with brand strategy and channel partners, directly lead external partners (paid media agency) as well as manage local media and strategic partnership plans. You'll manage traditional and digital media as well as ROI tracking, resulting in attaining targeted revenue goals for all brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop audience-centric cross-channel media plans that meet budget and sales forecasts.
  • Manage campaign execution, analyze results (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI, data capture and brand perceptions), and develop strategies based on findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategic marketing plans for overall calendar and specific campaigns.
  • Align brand strategy, creative development, data analytics, integrated channel planning, partnership opportunities, and coordinate with agencies and suppliers for media execution.
  • Plan integrated campaigns across digital, offline and in-venue that leverage effective promotional tactics and audience driven strategies.
  • Track media to ensure all spots/impressions are delivered.
  • Develop and execute robust media plans and promotional efforts to maximize market penetration through the most effective marketing channels to drive direct sales, capture customer data, and enhance brand awareness and perception.
  • Track media performance against established KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, CPM, engagement rates, lead capture), analyze trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future media strategy and investment.
  • Maximize value of strategic partnerships with sponsors, artists, and record labels through the development and execution of compelling promotions and on-site events focused on revenue and customer data capture.
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day guidance to direct reports.
  • Foster professional development and ensure accountability.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in navigating change, challenges, and shifting priorities.
  • Continuously grow by updating skills and embracing new ideas and perspectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, with emphasis on media and promotions.
  • 2 years' media planning and buying experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ROI value from traditional and digital paid media efforts.

Nice to Have

  • Events marketing, promotions and activations prior experience preferred.
