Media Manager, Paid Social

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid Facebook performance marketing campaigns to acquire customers and drive revenue at scale across our own brands and publisher shops.
• Research and adopt best practices for user acquisition, growth hacking, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and streamlining processes to identify and scale high-converting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Lead strategic social and influencer plan development and launch process within social accounts.
• Integrate social insights into overall planning process, incorporating data, research, and analytics into recommendations to understand the role of marketplace media in larger media objectives.
• Determine campaign setup, including testing methodologies and reporting requirements, to ensure full impact and efficiency.
• Build trust and establish positive relationships with clients.
• Develop POVs around relevant trends, tools, and emerging opportunities within social media and influencer industries.
• Create and develop media-specific documents such as media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and related functions.
• Drive team brainstorms to develop plans and consideration sets.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous paid social media experience with a focus on Meta.
• Thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; additional platforms preferred.
• Exposure to advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social media.
• Comfort owning and managing budget/investment levels in social media.
• Strong knowledge of direct response, ROI, ROAS, CPA paid social media metrics, Google Analytics, and marketing data trends.
• Ability to project manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid personal organizational, task-oriented, and time management skills.
• Develop solid presentation, communication, and listening skills with confidence in analyzing and presenting data internally and to clients.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the complete marketing picture and how all channels drive a client's business.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional social platforms beyond Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
• Experience with growth hacking techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid social media, especially on Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance media.
• Experience managing social media ad budgets.
