Media Sales Planner

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as point person for client communications and provide excellent customer service
• Responsible for all planning, execution, maintenance, billing, and traffic needs for the agency, holding companies, client-direct or DTC customers
• Work closely with Sales Pricing and Inventory to create and revise media plans that maximize the use of inventory while meeting both internal and external requirements
• Collaborate with numerous internal teams on the day-to-day maintenance of deals
• Maintain various weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards
• Handle various miscellaneous duties as assigned such as research projects and inventory valuations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2-3+ years experience in an ad sales organization
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong analytical ability and MediaMath knowledge
• Ability to articulate needs and provide direction clearly and concisely
• Ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish under direction
• Understanding of data-driven systems and their integration
• Comprehension of desired technical requirements and ad sales infrastructure
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
• Comfort with aggressive schedules, setting direction, and prioritization

Nice to Have

• Experience with ad sales infrastructure and technical systems
• Knowledge of media planning and inventory management
