About the Role

The Paid Media Specialist - Google & Facebook will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and deliver consistent ROI on advertising spend. You'll work directly with company leadership to set budgets, analyze performance, and scale campaigns that reach national audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Perform audience and keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
  • Write ad copy and coordinate with design teams on creative assets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
  • Manage ad budgets, pacing, and reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply learnings to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand voice.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram required).
  • Demonstrated success in managing ad budgets of $10K+/month.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and custom audiences.
  • Analytical mindset — able to translate data into insights and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required if equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Knowledge of market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.
