Multi-Brand Marketing Representative

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receives, processes and fulfills marketing requests from Operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests for marketing materials related to promotions, POS/pricing, menu updates and related projects.
• Supports community marketing efforts, including event coordination, outreach, and fundraising programming via the Community Igniter platform.
• Processes invoices and assists in expense reconciliation for multi-brand marketing activities.
• Maintains accurate, brand-aligned digital profiles for all locations in partnership with agency partners.
• Keeps marketing asset libraries organized, up-to-date, and accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitors and responds to guest reviews in coordination with Operations to ensure brand consistency.
• Contributes to special projects and provides support for key initiatives as directed by the Director of Multi-Brand Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality marketing function.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
