About the Role

The role involves leading and managing a local sales team to develop and sell multi-platform media solutions, focusing on maximizing local direct and digital revenue through comprehensive client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, train, and motivate a team of local Media Executives to achieve sales goals.
- Cultivate a steady stream of new local direct business across all station platforms.
- Create client solutions using digital and broadcast products, ensuring client goals are achieved.
- Oversee the development and sales of multi-platform media solutions to various businesses.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of how broadcast and digital products synergize for client success.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous multimedia sales management experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to train and develop team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in multimedia sales management.
- Ability to develop and implement client solutions across digital and broadcast platforms.
