About the Role

The North American Digital Consumer Experience Leader at Kimberly-Clark is responsible for delivering transformational digital consumer experiences for the NA Consumer Operating Segment. This role involves leading digital strategies, product experiences, data acquisition, CRM, and consumer promotions to enhance brand engagement and loyalty, supporting the company's market leadership and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital consumer experience strategy aligned with Kimberly-Clark North America’s vision and business goals.
  • Lead delivery of new to market consumer-centric digital experiences and platforms that span across brands and business units, such as websites, apps, and retail experiences.
  • Oversee Product Management to ensure seamless and timely delivery of consumer-focused solutions.
  • Oversee the strategy and deployment of first-party data acquisition to improve consumer insights and personalize experiences.
  • Manage the Marketing Technology ecosystem supporting owned digital channels and retail syndication in partnership with IT (Digital Tech Solutions).
  • Lead the CRM team to optimize consumer engagement and retention strategies, ensuring market execution excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive consumer journey across all digital platforms.
  • Lead organic search and content deployment efforts across brand-owned and retail channels to increase organic traffic.
  • Create and implement content development, deployment, and syndication strategies to maximize efficiency and engagement.
  • Drive innovation in consumer promotions using digital tools to maximize reach, impact, and ROI, managing vendor relationships and promotional strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure digital strategy and consumer promotion effectiveness, ensuring performance delivery.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing digital experience team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Leader in Digital Marketing or a related field within a Fortune 500 CPG company.
  • Expertise in digital consumer journeys, CRM, first-party data strategies, digital product experiences, and consumer promotions.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful digital consumer promotions.
  • Strong change management capability and ability to support organizational growth in a complex CPG environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Experience with retail digital experiences and omnichannel strategies.
