International Rescue Committee
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933, IRC is one of the world's largest international humanitarian non-governmental organizations (INGO), operating in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities. The organization aims to deliver lasting impact by restoring safety, dignity, and hope to millions, with a focus on supporting communities through various programs. The External Relations team, including marketing, fundraising, brand stewardship, and communications, drives support for IRC's global mission. The Mass Markets USA (MMUSA) program within this team raises over $70 million annually in the U.S. and focuses on building the brand, increasing awareness, and advancing advocacy goals. The Officer, Planned Giving Marketing, will implement and optimize audience-led, omnichannel marketing strategies to promote planned giving, develop donor-centered content, manage vendor relationships, collaborate across teams, and use data to improve campaign performance, ultimately growing IRC's planned giving pipeline.
The IRC values integrity, service, accountability, and equality, adhering to the principles outlined in the IRC Way - our Code of Conduct.
