About the Role

PNC's Marketing organization is seeking an Online Marketing Strategy Lead to build and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies for the Credit Card Marketing team. The role involves designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data and consumer insights, and fostering an innovative, inclusive workplace culture. The position is primarily based in a PNC location with some remote work possible at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products, initiatives, or channels.
  • Formulate plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product lifecycle and business goals.
  • Support the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and target segments using competitive intelligence and insights.
  • Translate business outcomes into marketing strategies and execute programs including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and influence complex, multi-functional program teams and ensure data is synthesized and leveraged effectively for business intelligence.
  • Influence the marketing budget and ensure activities are optimized within the established framework.
  • Oversee activities involving legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners, and lead partnerships with agencies and internal teams.
  • Act as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development, ensuring customer expectations are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in building integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the consumer credit card space.
  • 5+ years of experience working across various marketing channels such as social, programmatic digital, OOH, and OLV.
  • 5+ years of experience leading creative development and managing relationships with internal and external agency partners.
  • Demonstrated success in designing customer-centric marketing plans and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in data measurement plans and financial storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with relevant industry experience.
