About the Role

The Paid Media Analyst will play an essential role in analyzing paid media campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, social, and video. This position is based in a hybrid/remote setting in Chicago, Denver, or Des Moines at Intoxalock, a company dedicated to providing substance use safety, detection, and monitoring products that help people live responsibly and keep communities safe. Intoxalock is the country's largest ignition interlock provider, with over 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate DUI processes and prevent impaired driving, operating in 48 US states with over 5,000 installation locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of marketing performance reports, including lead metrics (CPL, LTV) and insights.
  • Gather data from various media sources, including online and offline channels.
  • Provide direction to Data Analytics team on the key metrics needed to effectively monitor paid media performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Analytics team to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Create reports and presentations summarizing key findings and insights for stakeholders.
  • Lead the optimization recommendations across paid search, display, social, and video campaigns, working closely with the team to provide quality, actionable data.
  • Participate in conducting research for keywords, ad copy, and target audiences to contribute to campaign success.
  • Provide ongoing budget recommendations to the team for paid media campaigns based on campaign data, ensuring alignment with ROI and business goals.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of A/B tests to enhance lead conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in media analytics.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and/or a related field or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, paid media, or analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with marketing performance data.
  • Proficiency in creating clear and compelling visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, DSPs, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in campaign optimization and A/B testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in Marketing or a related field.
