Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate the overall campaign and ad planning, structure and in-platform builds of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns, ensuring tactics and targeting align with media strategy and client objectives.
  • Implement proper organization of campaign builds and hierarchy critical for optimization and reporting success.
  • Ensure websites and paid media campaigns are set up with proper tracking using GTM & GA4, including review of website triggers and creation of conversion events.
  • Build and apply UTM codes using standardized nomenclature across campaigns and ads.
  • Configure website to client management system integrations to pass lead/action data and ad source information before campaign launch.
  • Own and maintain media plan and weekly budget pacing documents to adhere to monthly budgets for all paid media channels.
  • Support junior team members with weekly pacing, performance analysis, and monthly spend reconciliations.
  • Communicate major campaign updates to the Account Lead and/or Client in a timely manner.
  • Build reporting dashboards in Looker Studio, ensure accurate data population, and deliver insights to clients regularly.
  • Lead development of digital media strategy, including planning budgets, channel allocations, and creating strategic and tactical materials for client presentations.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members, including campaign management, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage external vendor RFPs, review insertion orders, and lead partner negotiations.
  • Foster collaboration with other agency teams and act as a trusted resource for clients regarding campaign updates and metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of previous digital media experience, preferably with direct client experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics, and concepts.
  • Strong practice of various channels and buying methods, specifically programmatic (display, video), social, and search.
  • Proficient in building and managing campaigns in Meta, Google, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Honed skills in negotiating and constructing digital media plans, understanding planning, buying, and activation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting and selling ideas internally and to clients.
  • Experience managing a direct report.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions and proactively address issues.
  • Experience creating internal processes for campaign management and execution.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and standardized process understanding.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Experience with lead-based campaign planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with website tag management, tracking, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and GTM is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization platforms such as Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Experience in the real estate industry—leasing apartments or selling homes—is a plus.
