About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Paid Search Specialist/Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid search campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and conversions. The role requires a data-driven mindset and a passion for optimizing campaign performance to achieve business objectives. Our Office in NJ is open for jobs that require in-person support, but the team is predominantly working from home as we have fully transitioned to a work-from-anywhere in the US model.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for client campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Work closely with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, focusing on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in paid search marketing and algorithm updates.

Requirements

Proven experience in paid search marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
Experience with additional platforms such as YouTube and Google Display Network (GDN) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
