About the Role

The Paid Social Media Specialist supports clients by developing, optimizing, analyzing, and communicating paid media strategies to meet client goals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as it focuses on executing client deliverables. In a constantly evolving digital landscape, the Specialist will continually refine their skills and adapt to industry changes. Key Responsibilities

Developing and managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Maintaining budget pacing and providing performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
Providing insights on campaign performance regularly and on-demand, aligning results with client KPIs across various channels.
Setting up promoted social posts and coordinating assets between creative, client services, and client partners.
Compiling and interpreting campaign data from multiple platforms into concise monthly reports.
Managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiently setting up pixels and resolving ad account-related issues.
Continuously refining skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years of agency digital media management experience, specifically in Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple clients, projects, and tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of social media channels and tools.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to translate high-level client goals into actionable paid media strategies.
Strong Excel skills.
Possession of a natural curiosity about digital marketing and paid media.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Google Ads and Programmatic media (can be developed).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-4 years of experience in agency digital media management, specifically in Paid Social advertising
