About the Role

Our client is a national education nonprofit dedicated to expanding access and opportunity for young adults across the country. As they explore new digital strategies to reach Gen Z audiences, they're launching a targeted paid media campaign to drive awareness and applications for their programs. This is a high-impact, short-term contract role ideal for someone who understands how to reach and engage Gen Z through TikTok and Instagram, and who brings both technical expertise and proactive consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid social campaigns on TikTok and Instagram to drive interest and applications
Advise on channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization
Collaborate with internal creative teams to align content with platform best practices
Funnel leads into existing nurture sequences and track performance
Run 2-week testing cycles from September through early October
Analyze campaign results, extract insights, and recommend scale strategies
Maintain clear communication and reporting with internal stakeholders

Requirements

Proven success managing TikTok and Instagram ad campaigns
Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, trends, and content formats
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and consultative in approach

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Google Grant Ads

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Physical presence and work performed in the United States
