About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage T-Mobile's paid social campaigns on platforms including Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit.
  • Work closely with activation team members on planning, campaign activation, QA, optimization, and reporting processes.
  • Refine and iterate on established best practices for campaign management, optimization, reporting, collaboration, vendor/partner management, audience strategies, and test and learn agendas.
  • Present campaign findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience in paid social buying at an agency, end brand, or technology platform.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of digital media campaigns including planning, setup, QA, ongoing optimization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid social landscape, including inventory and attribution practices.
  • Strong test and learn mentality with the ability to analyze data and identify trends for strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns across various products, goals, and target audiences.
  • Domain expertise in Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, or TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF formulas.
  • Comfortability with multi-tasking and delivering results under tight deadlines.
